I Need help Ihave forgotten my password and onlly  4 tries left

Go onto your computer, go to BlackBerry Website. Find the Change Password page and follow the directions to replace your password.

If you have different passwords for different accounts/computers/tablets etc.. which you should...why not get a little note book and write them down so this doesnt happen

Try connecting to the pc or mac and backup the plybook.. don'tworry about the apps you purchased thru app world.  you can re-install them.   Msc thru th music store can be re downloaded.  backup your important information like documents, photos and such.   then let the playbook wipe itself.    there is no other work around.
