Thanks, however it says that I am not qualified for the complementary help service. Although I do still have a 1 year warranty.
I have been on other forums and other playbook users are having the same problem. I was wondering if this is a software glitch or a software to hardware glitch. I hope RIM decides to adress this problem in a software update or just in Blackberry 10 altogether.
Could you give another suggestion please and thank you.
