Blackberry Playbook won't Connect to My PC windows 7

Hi there i was wondering if anyone can help me, last week my playbook connected to my Pc and i transfered albums / films to my playbook, but today i have tried to connect the playbook to the PC via USB cable.. and my Pc won't pick it up ????


can someone help me??

I have the same problem. It seems to have happened after I installed the latest BB Desktop, but that might be coincidence. I have checked the USB port and there does not appear to be any damage. Perhaps the USB cable is damaged. Lately there seems to be several with broken port of some sort. I can get by with connecting over WIFI but I would like to get the USB back so I can connect to the Desktop.
