I've had the worst experience with Blackberry my daughter got the BB playbook she had it 5 days and then it would not go on tried a few blackberry chargers but still nothing took it back to store where I got it from they couldn't help so phoned blackberry took ages to get through and now I may have to pay either £77 pound or £150.00 pound I could have bought a new one if I have to pay that a very angry dissatisfied customer.

If you bought new 5 days ago and paid in £ for it you are probably in UK ,so you are fully covered by sale of goods act and the retailer must replace it. was it Currys?
