Bridge stopped working

I have been using BB bridge between PB and BOLd9900 but this morning a few things have changed.

1  try to launch Bridge Messages on PB and it just thinks forever.  Green wheel keeps on turning

2 try to launch Bridge Text messages and it says that my IT group blocked it??  Don't have an IT group.

3 my Bold9900 is REALLY SLOW.  clock ICON appears and freezes for a long time.

Any ideas?

Re: Bridge stopped working

  • I'd reboot the BlackBerry smartphone... Do a simple reboot on the BlackBerry in this manner: With the BlackBerry device POWERED ON, remove the battery for a minute, and then reinsert the battery to reboot.
  • On the PlayBook, restart by touching the battery icon > restart.
  • Now, reconnect with Bridge and try again.

Re: Bridge stopped working

On your BlackBerry, I'd delete the Bridge application, reboot, and then re-install it.
