Bridge

Why cant I see the pictures on my phone when I try to look at them on Playbook using bridge? When I open the picture it takes me to my pictures and the screen is just white.....

Can you verify that the files you are trying to view through Bridge are supported by the Bridge Application?

As I understand, the view of Pictures such as BMP, JPG, GIF, and PNG has not been confirmed, so this might be the reason why some can view them, and others don't.

 

However, unfortunately, I could not make out a specific condition at this point as to be able to view pictures.

 

I guess we will have to wait for an official confirmation and / or a software update.
