Browser stop

I just bought a new playbook.

When I want to browsing Internet such as blog or facebook, it will open for a few seconds and suddenly stop and disappear.

I don't know what to do.

Can someone help me

Yes it same.

I restart several times already but the problem still persist.

I also try to check the software update but it shown me that my software was the latest one.

I'm running on Version 2.0.1.358

Can you describe what remains when the web page "disappears" - black screen?  

Do any internet pages work?

When you swipe diagonally from top RH corner, is the wifi icon all green, all white or part green?

Do you have any other computer connected to the same router that does get onto these internet pages?

 

we need more infornation to help.

 

 

If it is brand new you can register for 90 days free support in your country from RIM (in case it is a fault)
