CaNt OpEn Pdf

[ Edited ]

Hi all,

I cant open my anual energy bill in  adobe reader.

After mailing it to my girlfriends iPad, she had no problems with opening.

Adobe gives an error when opening, non specific, just error while opening...

Update needed?

Re: CaNt OpEn

There was a Playbook OS update a few days ago that had Adobe updates included. Did you do that update?

Re: CaNt OpEn

Then I don't have an answer. Have you tried other pdf documents?

Re: CaNt OpEn

Is the PDF password protected? If so then the Playbook will not be able to open it, as far as I know the Playbook can not open any files that are password protected.

It will open password protected Word and Excel files, but no idea about pdf files.

Re: CaNt OpEn

Well,

Tried to download a pdF from my skydive just now, this one opened. But only after saving the file.

When I tried to open directly, it says the file pad could not be read....

The files were Not password protected, both of them...
