I bought my Play about a year ago, and it was fine until last month, when after upgrading my Playbook, the front face camera stopped working. Now, after a month, the back camera has stopped working as well. I have tried upgrading to the latest software, but it hasn't worked. What should I do?

Do you receive a specific error when you try to access the camera? What version of BlackBerry PlayBook OS are you currently running? This can be found by going to Options>Check For Update

When I go to check for updates, it says No update is available. And the specific error I'm getting is error 4003 whenever I try to take a picture using the front or back camera. Thank you.

if you have error 4003, its a hardware fault 99% of the time and you need to get warranty support for it
even if it is out of warranty give them a call as some did get it replaced
BESAdmin's, please make a signature with your BES environment info.
BES 12 and BES 5.0.4 with Exchange 2010 and SQL 2012 Hyper V
