Camera doesn't work (fully)

Camera is not working.When I go to the camera app to take a picture or record a video it gives an error 4003. The camera doesn't on 3rd party apps (these apps don't give any errors ). The camera only works in the video call application without any problem. My playbook hadn't any problem in the past. What can I do? Please help me Thanks in advance.

Welcome to the forums and sorry to hear about your issue. 

 

Sounds like this could be a hardware issue. I would suggest you contact your point of sale for options. You can also visit the site below and register for support through BlackBerry.

If you are in Canada, I which you luck as there is no support at all in Canada and you have to ship everthing into the USA
