Can't connect to app world

Hopefully someone can help me out.


I can not seem to connect to Appworld on my playbook.

When I start the program, it goes to the purple background with the green circle rotating like a hamster on a wheel but nothing ever comes from it.

check your internet connection/wifi.
try to updating/reinstalling the appworld at blackberry.com/appworld
