Can't get Internet to Load

Hi - Wifi is working fine, plus can get online with other devices attached to wifi, but when I load internet - the "status" bar goes about a quarter, and then stops.  I've tried different websites, re-starting playbook, and to no avail.  After much fiddling, I finally get the error message "cannot connect to server".   Emails are not updating either, and I can't use app store, or download cooklet's ...


How can I fix this?
