My Playbook was in repairs so they wiped everything. Now I cannot update any app. Even if I delete for example need for speed, it always reinstalls an old 1. version. I tried reinstalling, security wipe but no luck. I've got a notice on the top that i have updates but i am stuck. Of course i don't want to buy new apps until this is solved.

I thought the purchased apps are linked to your blackberry ID.
Can you head to
and give them a call after registering?

Yes, they are linked. i don't have a problem with that. My problem is that i Cannot update apps. It says Need for Speed update 2.2.0 available on the top left but i don't have update button anywhere within App World. I am still running 1.3.71 version of NFS. Deelet, reinstall, and it reinstalls the old one again. I guess i won't be able to update any apps :/

I understand. Can you give support a call? Since you've wiped it already, not sure why its not working right.

Who did the repair?
You get a year support:

Authorized service did the repair the battery died I guess.
There is no free support as I know regarding software issues like this and i am not eligible for 90-day support.
I am attaching a print screen about this problem. I think you see the contradiction... It says 2.2.0 available and no update button

No, there is no update button on the page of the app either...
I recently had to setup a new Playbook, and I had the same problem, what I dod was to delete the old program and to install the new one, and it eorked perfectly
