Getting a message when I refresh my All Accounts: Unable to authenticate Sympatico. When I first turn the playbook on it downloads e-mails but then this message appears. The browser is working but for several days when I would check settings/WiFi, my account was there but would show not connected even though I could still browse and would get e-mails intermittently - would not let me reconnect saying my SSID had to be unique. Today I am receiving e-mails and browsing but still getting the message after the first e-mails download upon opening the playbook
Called Bell and because my computer is working OK and I have an active WiFI, Bell says it is a problem with my tablet.

possible your neighbor has a similar SSID, my sister had that issue and we changed her SSID and issue went away
BESAdmin's, please make a signature with your BES environment info.
