Cant connect Playbook to Windows.

  I have gone though this multiple times and all advice has failed.  All I want is to be able to sync media to my playbook but my computer wont connect. I have tried with my USB and through wifi. I tried to call customer service for help and they dont offer any help over the phone. I am so sick of the complications.


My kids have tablets made by other companies and they just plug in and work. They are so easy. I dont klnow why Blackberry has to make everything so difficult. 


any new ideas I can try??
