I can't get into it to do any. think it want open up it only gets to put in password then says password no recognized that's as far as I get ??????

Did you enter the password for the 10th time?  That is the trigger to wipe the PlayBook and for you to start from scratch.

Oops, yea, the ALT key is on the BlackBerry handheld device, sorry. I didn't pay attention to the forum section here.

 

You just have to get the password right. Have you connected it to the PC and tried the password from your keyboard?

It should say "Incorrect Password" not "Password not recognised" 

 

Just do it a tenth time and we can all move on.

I wonder if its time to just reload the OS on to the PlayBook with the desktop manager.  The data on the PlayBook will be lost although there may not be any data worth saving.
