Connecting to WI-FI

My playbook shows no available networks when I am in a wi-fI zone. I have tried connecting using WPS and tried connecting manually but it doesn't work. Other devices are able to connect without problems so I know that there is nothing wrong with the network. Advice please.

Re: Connecting to WI-FI

I realise these may be obvious answers, but have you tried resetting your wifi, or resetting your device?  Every so often I find the device needs a little refresh.

Re: Connecting to WI-FI

How do you reset the device? I wasn't able to find a reset button on my device.

Re: Connecting to WI-FI

reboot the Wifi Router and then restart the Playbook

This will cure any DHCP issues if one is present
