Deleting Thumbnails

Hi, I've recently deleted a number of images from my playbook by opening the photo file via my desktop PC .  The images have been deleted as required on my playbook, but a thumbnail of each image is still being displayed on the playbook under the photo file.

When I try to delete the file on the playbook by using edit delete, the thumbnail is replaced with a broken/missing file icon.

Apart from deleting all data on the playbook, does anyone know of a way of removing the unwanted thumbnails.

A merry xmas to anyone that helps me!

Next, touch the battery icon > Restart, and after the Restart, is the broken image icon icon gone?

Re: Deleting Thumbnails

If you click on one of those thumbnails, what happens?

If you look at it via Files and Folders (if you have that application), what do you see as to their file size?

Re: Deleting Thumbnails

Anything else you did to make them permanently disappear?

Re: Deleting Thumbnails

After your mail about file manager, I looked in there and apart from the default images it was empty.  I closed file manager, fired up photo and all the unwanted images had gone.  What I want to know now is..................................How do I get them back! .......................Only kidding.

Well, that is possible, you just have to place your thumb some where I am not going to suggest here.

lol, good luck, glad you got it.
