To start with BB device manager will recognize my playbook 50% of the time, when it doesn't I usually have to restart the playbook. After I restart and connect it to my computer the device manager will recognize it and start BB Desktop software, but it very seldom acknowledges the connection and if it does it is immediately dropped as if the tablet is not hooked up, and I get nothing but connection troubleshooting. It has synced once, but I have not been able to do anything else.
-Tablet is up to date with software
-Running the latest BB desktop
-Both micro USB cables I use are verified
