Device password not enable

Hello, i have been trying to download from my pc the apps for playbook yet it keps coming up devfce password enabled and yet there is none.

 

 I have no problem downloading from the tablet but i am very frustrated with not downloading from the PC any solutions ?

I don't believe the Playbook supports installing apps via a USB lead and the website - you need to install them via the Blackberry World app on the playbook itself.

you can sideload thru wifi
