Disappeared icons

I'm having troubles with the PlayBook app dock, when I try to put an app there it just disappear and shows the message array_insert invalid array setting or something like that, please help I've already lost my adobe reader!

Have you updated to the latest version of the BlackBerry PlayBook software? If you are running the latest update then I would suggest you contact direct support by using the information on the following page.

i think you have deleted the app in app world.. no problem at all go to app world search for adobe reader install its and enjoy it
