Does using Your playbook while plugged in Hurt The battery

Im a new owner of a playbook great device ive searched on here and google and could not find the proper answer so Any info or help would be appreciated..

Im mostly home all the time and have my wifi access... Would just be running the playbook while plugged into an outlet hurt the battery or its life expectency.... Would it shorten the lifespan of the battery or preserve the battery thats my question cant find a direct answer.... Will the battery die faster or over charge or is this a safe way to use the playbook and response would be apprciated thanks..

Re: Does using Your playbook while plugged in Hurt The battery

Li-ion batteries like to be kept charged. However, that said, I still discharge mine down to 20 percent every now and then just to get a full discharge/charge cycle.

Re: Does using Your playbook while plugged in Hurt The battery

I have two and I keep them plugged into rapid chargers all the time. I recommend the rapid chargers since the USB ports can be a bit delicate.
