I just talked to support again and asked if I could talk to a manager or someone in charge. I talked to a gentleman named matt who looked at the case and said that he can see that almost every day the ticket is being updated by a dev member. That means to him that someone is continually working on this issue. He said that even thought it might seem like it that RIM is concentrating on BB10 that BB10 is built off this OS of the PlayBook so any bugs on here would go to the next one so they have to fix any bugs. They are not just ignoring it. I pleaded with him how this makes us look as IT professionals and how this makes us look in the organization. He was quite aware and said he understands but we need to realize RIM is trying to fix this issue. This tells me that maybe this is a issue that is bigger then we thought!
Update anyways from the horses mouth!

Well, you know what? Why can't we revert back to an older version of the software until this problem is resolved? They could accommodate us in that fashion as a stop-gap measure and work on their major problems in the background while the users remain unaffected by all this development time. I've worked on projects that have work posted to them daily, and the postings consist of a note to indicate that someone did some reading on the program.
There should be measures in place, big or small. Any issue can be dealt with swifter than this.

BTW I put this out there early in the thread but got only a few responses. My lookup when sending an email does not work if the address is not on my PB. If it has to get the address from activesync it hangs. Are mnay of you seeing that also?
