Funny thing is....at least if I am very careful, I can kill the dups almost every single time if I delete the sent message as soon as the red X appears...a doable but very annoying workaround. With hanging lookup I have not found a workaround so it is actually the more frustrating part of using my PlayBook to send email because most of my contacts are maintianed on my exchange account....it literally is impossible to send a non reply email to those not in the local contact list.

That is the same thing I have been doing. This is frustrating. I thought they would of had this fixed by now.

We are already quite aware of the KB aritcle. It was posted on here some time back. did you read what they have as a resolution??

 

"This is a previously reported issue that has been escalated internally to our development team. No resolution timeframe is currently available."

Dude, there really is no useful information at that post....it is old and neither provides a solution, nor has it been updated. The frustration here is that probably a large set of very loyal users see no activity....as somebody else has already commented, what in the world is a support thread good for if it doesn't do at least one of these things.....a fix or updates/workarounds.
