Email problem

The list of my emails comes up but the messages are not displayed.  Additionally, the screen seems locked in the email screen and will not let me tap on anything.  Any ideas?

Give a reset to your PlayBook. Follow the instruction mentioned Instructions -

  • Hold down the volume up key, volume down key, and power button at the same time and hold it for about 15 seconds.
  • OR
  • Hit the volume up key then the volume down key and then the power key.

  • KB27239 Pressing the "Turn Off" or "Stand By" icons within the Battery indicator on the system tray will restart the BlackBerry PlayBook

That KB article refers to the fault in the old icon in OS 1.0.5 Tanzim.   It is not an instruction "How To Reset".
