Emails not showing content

My messages are being received on my Playbook, but the content on the right side of the page is blank.

 

I removed the Desktop software and re-installed it, but did not fix the problem.

 

Messages from Facebook are received and content can be read.

 

Hope someone can help me.

Are these messages being received via the native email application or via BlackBerry Bridge?
