Exchange will not sync correctly

OK....all other email client work fine including Google hotmail etc.  Exchange i can set up and it will sync and all my existing mail is loaded.then it will not download anything else even though the sync says its working.  The other account sync fine.  If I delete the account then add the exchange one again then all the latest temails show!!

 

Ideas for a solution please.  By the way server is fully openl and works on iPhone Google etc.

OK I think I may have found the fix.  All seems to be working correctly. Since I correct ted the defaults to both the exchange email AND calender.  Fingers crossed it will keep working

I have the same issue - for some reason it's stopped to get the new e-mail messages but I'm still able to send.
Have the configuration for Sync : Emails+Calendar

What is your solution? Is it works?

Did mark solution work and could you let us know what defaults that were used were they I. The accounts on the PlayBook.
