Frozen screen

It seems everything is running but the screen of the Playbook is completely frozen. So I cannot use anything.

What can I do?

Re: Frozen screen

Hold down the power button for 20 seconds til it is forced off. Then when completely off, turn on with the same button

Re: Frozen screen

Hi I have the same problem....Smiley Sad

Puchase my Playbook 32GB in Feb 2012 and used it only 10 times. The Screen completely freezes. I did the reboot by pressing the power and the +/- volume button for reboot several times now which sometimes it works for a couple of minutes however falls back to freezing. Did a back up of my playbook then did factory reset, worked for a bit and sceen freeze again. Since the factory reset, its even worst! now the computer won't recognize it anymore.

What could cause that? Is there aother fix? or i have to send it under warranty.
