My Playbook will not charge. Period. And it's brand new. Seems that hundreds of people, at a minimum, are facing the same problem. How on earth are you selling this product when it simply does not work? And how can you suggest that users are to blame by allowing our batteries to run out?
This is ludicrous. There has been no more loyal Blackberry user than i, but I've had it.

I had to jump start my sons playbook, took most of the week trying various fixes to no avail and it is out of warranty. I do understand your frustration. There are a few things you can do to get it turned on again. When trying to charge it is there any LED response?
