How do I go about getting reimbursement for a faulty charger?

My charger will no longer charge my playbook. The part that goes into the playbook wiggles (a lot)

Since I'm the only one usng it I know it has not been installed incorrectly I did go out and buy a new charger works a charm. I'm putting a dot on this one too!!!

Thanks

Should not wiggle. It only gets that way by being bent, for example by using it whilst plugged in. If you are the only one who used it then....

Your warranty claim status is country dependant.

I'd also suggest getting one of the magnetic 3-pin rapid chargers, like this:

http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B004XBZ728/ref=olp_product_details?ie=UTF8&me=&seller=

If your USB port is becoming quite fragile, be careful. This rapid charger doesn't use the USB port.
