Recently, I lost BB playbook and Lost&Found has one but it is really damaged so they can not charge it to see if I can log in. They asked me my serial number so they could rule me out (or in) but the onlything I have is PIN number. Could somebody from BB support help me out here please?

This is not an official support channel by BlackBerry, we're users like you who enjoy helping out. Because of this, we would have no way of informing you of the serial number of your PlayBook. Telus might be able to help you but for sure we wouldn't.
