Hello, I have forgotten my BlackBerry ID password, which wouldn't normally be a problem-however, when I was unable to reset the password I realised that I had originally spelt my email address incorrectly when I had set up my ID for the PlayBook.. Therefore I am unable to change my password as I do not receive the reset email.
Can anyone advise me of the best way to get around this issue? I have only got 2 attempts at entering my password remaining.

Hi, thanks for the reply, I'm not sure I confirmed the account, I have only recently noticed the incorrect email address in the settings. Can you tell me what I will lose on the Playbook by creating a new ID?

If you switch id then you will lose any purchases made under that account.
Take a look at this before doing so...
