IM+ NO SHOW

I had purchased IM+ ang got confirmation from my credit card but did not download on my playbook. not in my apps world -- my world lists.

 

when im going to file manager, i can view iwhere it was saved. where can i locate the output folder?

هلا أرحب ياخوي معليش بس جربت تدخل ع الاب ورلد وتشوف إش طالع لك قدام البرنامج إذا كان purchase أو download أو delete
إذا طالع purchase فالله يخلف عليك أما إذآ طالع
أما إذآ طالع delete فأمسح و أرجع نزله من جديد و هكذ
ونصيحة مني أربط بطاقتك بالpaypal وأدفع عن طريقهم آمن

I thought you're Arabian as your carrier is active in middle east.
However, my advice is based on another one experience, he bought an app from app world but unfortunately didn't get it so he purchased again and they charge him more than expected, also didn't get. So I advise you to go back to app world and see what option is available for IM+ if it was purchase then you may lost you money and to avoid that link your credit card with PayPal and use it's safer . I think you can get your money back but must write to bank and/or RIM
