At this point in time, I dont think you have anything to lose...go to the post "For Sticky - reset the PB to factory default" and follow the steps. but as mentioned before, make sure you are near your wifi connection and plugged into wall power when doing this as you dont want to lose the wifi connection or power...hope this helps..lettuce know

Akinology,
Check the settings on your router. You can get this info through your computer. The PlayBook likes the following settings. 802.11 g, WPA2 Personal, AES/PSK Data Encryption .
Even though other computer equipment may be using the existing router settings, does not mean the PlayBook will. By changing to the settings I listed should not interfere with your other equipment.
