Initial set up issue

Hey guys, 

sorry for that post a basic issue.

I was just going to active my PB, but after set up the WI-FI ( show it was connected ), there pop up an error called ' unable to connect to blackberry id , please check your internet connection , error code 1 ). I am sure i have a good wifi connected, even tried a different wi-fi net. Got the same error. 

Just wanna know if there is any other way can active the PB, e.g. BBDM, or only have to use the WIFI?

Kindly help me.

The pro just fixed, i found the network time is wrong which made the WI-FI cannot connect.

Hi,

even i faced with the same problem. Yes , while doing the initial setup, i didn't set the time and date and directly jumped to the connect to wi-fi page.. Can you help me to reset all the settings , so that i'll restart the initial setup again..
