Initial set up

I am trying to set up the playbook and when it gets to the Agreement page I cannot select a country agree to the Agreement as it says to do so all I get is 'Unable to display the Blackberry ID Agreement please select your country and language then try again'  I have tried several times and still no use - can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong, thanks

are you near a WiFi hotspot ? This is a requirement to use your PlayBook the first time.
