I called Kobo and sat on hold for 45 min. I finally had to hang up. Not a happy customer!

just got off of the phone with kobo support, they say its a software issue and they are working on it. They do not have an ETA of when it willbe resolved. We just have to wait.

No kidding it's a software issue - brilliant Kobo response on that one - I'm going to do a chargeback for the books I just bought that I now can't read.

Hopefully, the new owners of Kobo - Rakuten, Inc. - will look at resolving customer issues as a priority.

Well....that's just AWESOME! I am glad I still have the books on my phone, and the computer...but I prefer to read them on my pb...and it would be nice if Kobo could acknowledge the issue. I'm also glad to see I'm not the only one with the issue. Good luck to us ALL!
