I own a Playbook 64GB since 10/29/12. Last week the LCD screen started to go out. Now I am at a point where I can't even use my tablet. What are my options? I desperately need a functional tablet, but I currently live overseas and can't get my tablet easily returned to the US.
I tried to email Blackberry support, an incident number is required. I'm struggling however to obtain an incident number. I sent a tweet to BlackBerry Help and nobody has responsded.
