Loaded Docs, Pictures & Videos not showing up on Playbook

I used the desktop application to load pdf docs, picutures & videos. The Playbook shows the files are loaded due to storage space usage but the files are not showing up as accessible. Basically, they are somewhere in the memory but when I do a search - nothing shows up. Very frustrated ----- HELP!

If you know the (partial) name of one of the files, install the trial version of our app (see below), navigate to your "/accounts/1000/shared" folder and do a subfolder search.

Oh, and file or folder names that start with a period are considered hidden by most apps. There is a setting in Files & Folders to show hidden files, so you may need to switch that on.

Don't forget to tell him that your app will not open anything that isn't already supported, you app let's us see folders but doesn't do anything more than what a USB connection would do, not just your app, Zippio will need to be downloaded too, this system is so flawed, it's a travesty

while you might have an issue with the playbook, it does not help others with your comments and just clutters up the forums.

You seem to want to keep trying to police me....read the thread I was just stating something that the developer could relay to person asking a question. Read the thread, the developer got hostile, but no word from you to him I see, you clutter up forums trying to parent grownu-ups, you mentioned you have kids....save the parent blurbs for them.
