MUSIC STORE APP

I can no longer access the Music Store feature on BP. I have only accessed it once, not purchasing anything. I went to access Music Store and a turquoise screen appeared, then, after a few seconds it reverted back to my home screen. Since the Playbook is lacking in user friendly direction, I am at a loss as to where it went. I WOULD LIKE TO GET IT BACK. The manual offers little in trouble shooting, not too impressed.

I just checked Music Store. Works fine. Try doing a reboot on your Playbook and try it again. Let us know the results.

I have done several reboots...all that appears is the blank screen. Then it closes.

Tap App World, Tap My World. This Page should list all the Install and Uninstall Apps. Look in both sections. Also on the left side is a Refresh Button. Tap it to refresh the list. Once you find it tap Reinstall.

I have it on mine. After I sent the last message to you, I checked My World. It was not listed there and I could not find it in App World. It may have been removed for updating. There may be an update icoming soon. Keep an eye open for it.

Thank you very much for your help. Though I didn't solve the issue of the lost Music Store, I did learn some new things from your suggestions.
Wondering why I just can't go to support and obtain a download to replace the app.
