Many problems with the Playbook

Hi, I purchased a BlackBerry Playbook early this year in the US and it non-stop has problems. First, it was I couldn't turn it on after the first time use then the battery was unable to charge. Now, it hung when I tried to shut it down and it couldn't work from then. For the first 2 times, I sent it to Singapore to fix and I could use for a short while after that before it has problem again. However, I'm currently in Malaysia. I had come to consult Brightstar Corp., which is a distributor of BB products in Malaysia, but they refused to receive my product to repair. Can please help me on how to settle this. 

Brightstar officers said it is most probably the problem of the mother-board and I wonder whether I could have a replacement. The 1-year warranty is almost expired (in February 2013) and what if  problems occur again? Can I have an extension for the warranty?

Can I know the place in Malaysia that I can send my Playbook for repair? Brightstar Corp asked me to find out the distributor that my device was purchased under because they don't accept the ones from other distributor. Based on the S/N, can help me trace back?

There is no RIM office in Malaysia. Call the Worldwide Office I gave above. It is located in Canada. They should be able to help you.
