Messages filed on Desktop are not filed on Playbook

I have an ActiveSync Account connected to Microsoft Exchange Server on my Playbook (2.1.0.1526).

In many cases, a received message I file into a folder on my Desktop is not filed on the Playbook

but remain in the Inbox. ( The respectice folder(s) on the Playbook is chosen to synchronize). 

The message(s) are filed correctly on my 9900.

I noticed, that if I delete the unfiled message from the Playbook inbox it is NOT deleted from the Desktop and 9900.

Any help appreciated.

Hi rttstr and welcome to the BlackBerry Support Community Forums!

 

Do you have your email account setup using a Microsoft Exchange profile or a PST file in Microsoft Outlook? Also, if you are using a Microsoft Exchange profile, can you confirm if you're using Cached Exchange mode?

 

Another thing I would like you to do if possible, login to your email account using Outlook Web Access to see if the messages appear deleted or filed.

Thank you for your reply.  Since I was on a business trip my reaction was delayed. In answer to your questions:

I use a Microsoft Exchange profile in Cached Exchange mode.

In Outlook Web Access the message is filed.
