Mistake number ( 3001) and (1001)

Hi I need Help, i have the tablet since two days ago, and I can't activate it, say mistake number 3001, and after say mistake numer 1001.someone can help me, thank.

Take your Playbook to some free WiFi hotspot such as a McDonalds or Starbucks to update, connecting to their WiFi first. That should resolve the error.


Likely your Wifi connection you're currently using requires some security authorization.
