Multiple Playbook issues

Hi,

I am having multiple issues with my playbook that i have purchased in October, 2012.

I am not able to play any music or videos, i have tried resetting, a security wipe, connecting it to my computer, and now i can not pass the "tablet basics" screen as it does nothing when i touch any of the tutorials.

Re: Multiple Playbook issues

Hello Jamie,

Welcome to the BlackBerry Support Community.

Thank you for your question regarding the issue you are experiencing with playing media on your BlackBerry PlayBook tablet.

What happens when you attempt to play music or videos? Do videos that are recorded on the BlackBerry PlayBook tablet work? Do you receive any error messages?

Re: Multiple Playbook issues

thank you for responding! i get an error saying the file isn't supported when i play a mp3 file, and same with downloaded videos, i have tried all formats and they all give the same result. I also can't change the volume, it says the device is not compatible. I can't say what it exactly says because i am stuck on the "tablet basics" screen after security wiping it.
