Multiple problems w Playbook

I'm not sure where to post regarding various problems I'm experiencing on my PB. I would be listing multiple problems, but I'd like to see if others are having these problems, and be sure that RIM knows about them so they can be addressed. It's been very frustrating for me.

Barry, I'd suggest that you first review and search the many threads already in this Playbook section and see if anything appears the same or similar to your problem(s).

 

Then, start a new thread, one on each issue you need help on.

If they are simply suggestions you'd like RIM to improve or fix on the Playbook, you may also find a thread already on that issue, or post one of your own with all the suggestion in one thread.

The first issue is that sometimes FB mysteriously closes. I will be viewing some other open program & when I go back to view FB it has closed. Lately I've noticed that when I select a link in FB and then go to the web page, when I try to go back to FB it has closed. I have to reopen it. Not sure why this is happening. I'll leave it at that for now but there are many other problems.

Are you using the FB app or the normal browser to access FB?

Apologies for hijacking the thread, but I do notice sometimes that apps accessing web data will interfere with the pb web browser. Example is GeeReader and Browser. Sometimes the browser closes unexpectedly when both are running. I've not experienced this with FB app.

Clearing browser cache didn't help.

Thanks for info. I've noticed same thing with the new Blaq twitter app (which is far better than the mobile Twitter on PB). Sometimes it will also shut down, but the biggest offender by far is FB.
