My playbook will not recognise either my superhub internet device, neither will the playbook allow me into my computer. I wish to revert the playbook back to the factory settings but everything you tell me to do is impossible. Please help me revert to factory settings!

In your previous thread/post you were advised how to debrick using a computer. If that is too difficult and as you started a new thread, maybe you should try the wipe.

Drag down from top righthand corner so you can see the settings (gear cog) icon

Tap it and then wen all the settings show,  scroll down to Security. Tap Security.

Then find and tap on Security Wipe.

You will be asked to type in a word, do that and the Playbook will return to factory settings.
