I have upgraded to 220.127.116.116 and I cannot send e-mails from Outlook Exchange account (other than using the bridge). I can send using hotmail account.
I receive all e-mails no problem.
Using my older playbook which I did not upgrade yet - Outlook e-mails go out fine.
Please do not send me advice like "re-boot" your system

One more observation - when try to send and e-mail I get an error message:
"there was an interruption in sending this message. Please try again." - trying again just repeats the cycle.
