This should be RIM's new tagline for the Playbook.... "You can't do that on a Playbook."

 

Sorry if it seems like I'm ragging on the Playbook.  I love the device.  I wish the software development was in the hands of someone other than RIM.  RIM hasn't even gotten around to releasing a native development kit for the thing yet.

Three attachment types that are missing from that list and that I get by email all the time are TXT, ZIP, and HTM or HTML.

Keep checking that article from time to time for updates to see what file types are supported.

I agree that .zip files are a critical attachment need!

 

Please make this a priority RIM!
