First let me apologise for what is probably a popular topic, I have tried the search function and not had much luck, maybe my search skills are lacking...
So apology over and on to the problem, the PB is around a year old, about 1 month ago it started to run slow and generally have a slow response. Yesterday i bit the bullet and wiped the machine with a clean re-install, now it is worse than ever, I can barely get through the set-up procedure
Any suggestions gratefully received

Sorry to hear you're experiencing an issue with your BlackBerry PlayBook tablet.
What software version does your tablet have installed? Do you get any error? Do you find the lag within specific apps or in general?

Hi, thanks for your reply. It now has the latest update...so 18.104.22.1686 It doesn't seem to be a specific ap, it hangs with keyboard use, deleting apps, tapping the battery icon to shut it down.
Edit: No error shows

The link seems to be for initial support, unfortunately it is more than 90 days old, do you have contact details for support outside the first 90 days?
