PC desktop manager

Anyone got something sensible to suggest - my desktop software has loaded fine (WIN XP) BUT now it fails to recognise my password. I am on  my 5th attempt and worried that I will be unable to perform a backup before it deletes my files through a reset?!

are u sure you have the right password and the right device connected? (if you have ur BB and ur PB connected it may recongize one instead of the other). 


change your password on ur playbook and restart the playbook before plugging it back into the computer.


plug it in before you turn on desktop manager.
